1. What you may do
- Use the project to build and release unlimited games and applications, commercially or otherwise.
- Modify, extend, reskin and integrate the source code, scenes, prefabs and assets.
- Ship those builds on any platform, and sell or monetise them without further payment to us.
- Keep working copies on your own devices and in your own private version control.
2. What you may not do
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish the project's source code, or any substantial part of it, as a template, starter kit, asset pack or competing product.
- Share access to the files or the download link with anyone outside your licensed seats.
- Upload the project, or a lightly modified version, to an asset store or marketplace.
- Represent the project as your own original work where it is sold or published as a development product.
3. Seats
A licence covers the number of developers stated on the product page or invoice. Each additional developer working directly with the source requires a seat. Publishing and marketing staff who do not handle the source are not counted.
4. Third-party components
Some projects include third-party assets, plugins or SDKs. Their licences remain in force and are listed in the product's technical notes. You are responsible for complying with those licences — including any that require you to obtain your own copy.
5. Delivery and access
Purchased projects are delivered to the purchasing account only. Download links are entitlement-checked, and may carry limits or expiry as stated on the invoice. Access is not transferable. Never share a download link, and never re-host the files yourself.
6. Support
Support covers installation and setup questions for the version purchased, for a period stated on the product page. It does not cover custom feature development, engine-version migrations or integration work — those are quoted as custom development, and we are happy to do them.
7. Updates
Where a product page promises updates within a major Unity version, they are delivered to the same account free of charge. New major versions or substantially expanded editions may be offered as separate products with an upgrade price.
8. No warranty
Products are provided as documented and without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that a project meets platform certification or store requirements for your specific use.
