Refund Policy

Marketplace products are digital downloads. Once the source files have been accessed, the product cannot meaningfully be returned. Please check the documented Unity version, render pipeline, platforms and feature list on the product page before purchasing — and ask us a question first if anything is unclear.

• Download not accessed: a refund is available on request within 14 days of purchase.
• Defective or materially misdescribed: if the delivered project does not match its documented description, or cannot be opened in the stated Unity version, we fix it or refund it in full after verifying the issue.
• Duplicate purchase: accidental duplicate orders are refunded in full.
• Never delivered: if access cannot be delivered, you receive a full refund.

• Purchases where the source files have been downloaded or accessed, other than in the cases above.
• Change of mind after the files have been reviewed.
• Incompatibility with a Unity version, pipeline or platform that was not stated on the product page.
• Requests made outside the stated window, unless required by applicable consumer law.

Send the order reference, the product name and the reason through the contact form, choosing the "Unity marketplace" service. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.

Fees for custom development milestones and recovery assessments are not refundable once the milestone or report has been delivered, because the work and the findings have already been handed over. If an assessment concludes that your project cannot reasonably be recovered, we say so instead of proceeding — that verdict is the deliverable, and no reconstruction fee is charged.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction. Where those rights are stronger than this policy, they apply.
