Gameplay programming
Core loops, progression, physics, AI behaviour, save systems and the feel work that makes a build playable rather than merely functional.
Service 01 · Custom Game Development
Whether you are starting from a concept, rescuing an unfinished build or reskinning an existing Unity project, we take it through programming, integration, optimization and testing to a build you can ship.
Core loops, progression, physics, AI behaviour, save systems and the feel work that makes a build playable rather than merely functional.
Taking an existing Unity project to a new theme, art set and market — including asset swap, branding pass, store-facing updates and release checks.
Menus, HUD, onboarding, settings and localisation wired into the build, with layouts that survive real device sizes and safe areas.
Profiling draw calls, batching, texture and memory budgets, frame pacing and load times on the devices your players actually hold.
Functional passes, regression checks after each milestone and device-matrix testing before handover or store submission.
Third-party SDK integration, analytics hooks, monetisation plumbing, build pipelines and release configuration.
Render pipeline and Unity version are agreed at scope stage — Built-in, URP or HDRP — because the pipeline decision drives art production, performance and upgrade cost later.
Project workflow
A predictable process with written scope at every stage — the same process whether you need a new game or a rescued one.
You send the brief — or simply the idea and the platform. We ask the questions that decide scope, and reply with what is feasible.
Written scope outline
Where a project already exists, we review structure, assets and Unity compatibility before quoting. Nothing is promised before it is checked.
Feasibility & quotation
Work runs in agreed milestones with builds you can test at each stage, so progress is visible and course corrections stay cheap.
Milestone builds & QA
Source, documentation and handover as agreed in writing — including licensing notes for marketplace projects and recovery reports for reconstructed work.

No fixed price before technical review
We turn your brief into a written list of features, platforms and acceptance criteria — not an estimate floating on assumptions.
Pricing is project-based and derived from that scope. Where scope cannot be defined yet, we quote a paid discovery step instead of guessing.
Work is divided into milestones with a build and a payment point each, so value arrives before the next invoice.
New requests are quoted as additions against the original scope, in writing, before anyone starts building them.
Straight answer
We do not publish fixed prices for custom work, and we do not quote before a technical review. Any studio that does is guessing on your budget.
Testing & quality
Testing is part of the milestone, not a favour at the end. Every build passes through the same checks before it reaches your hands, and you get the evidence with it.
Project inquiry
Include what exists today, what you need built, the target platform and any deadline. Feasibility and scope come before price — always in writing.
