The challenge

The core loop worked in prototype, but track assembly was hard-coded — which made new content expensive and the difficulty curve impossible to tune.

Our approach

We rebuilt track assembly as data-driven segments with difficulty weighting, separated the game systems from their presentation, and added content hooks so new sets ship without touching core code.

What shipped

New track sets were added through data alone, and the loop shipped with a documented tuning surface for difficulty and pacing.
