The challenge

Photoreal intent met headset frame-rate limits: too many real-time lights, heavy materials and geometry that had never been tuned for real-time use.

Our approach

We moved lighting to a mostly baked, probe-driven approach, rebuilt materials for a single shading model, batched geometry, and implemented an interface that works with both pointer and hand controllers.

What shipped

A stable walkthrough shipped for desktop and headset alike, with a documented lighting and material workflow the client's own team can extend.
